All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be new, unused and contain original packaging and accessories.

• All Paddles must still have the seal over the grip handle.
• Apparel must still have their original tags attached.

You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase for items purchased directly from DRONE PADDLE.

Important Note on Items Purchased Through Authorized Retailers: Customers should reach out to their original point of purchase within 30 days of purchase to fulfill a return or exchange prior to contacting DRONE PADDLE to file a warranty claim.

• To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
• Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective.
• Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
• All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service.
• Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.

Add Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will be notified regarding your refund.

• If approved, a refund will then be issued within 7 business days.
• Refunds will only be made to original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of defect.an answer to this item.

AdYou may cancel a purchase as long as the order status permits it. Note: Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled during shipment. In such cases, please contact customer support to initiate a return. After the return is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

DRONEPADDLE may modify this agreement at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the Site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit the order. Please review and confirm the order details and shipping and billing information before submitting. We appreciate your understanding.

No COD (Collect On Delivery) orders are accepted. Payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, ApplePay, GooglePay, or PayPal is required at checkout. This Site does not accept payment in the form of credit card gift cards or non-US bank issued credit cards.

You are responsible for any taxes imposed on the sale or use of Services and applicable taxes will be added to the amount charged for Services purchased on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold DRONEPADDLE, its affiliates and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, advertisers, service providers and suppliers harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), resulting from your failure to pay any taxes to the proper governmental authorities.

DRONEPADDLE is a division of Drone Paddle Sport, LLC., and as such your credit card transaction will reflect charges from “Drone Paddle Sport, LLC.” By clicking “Pay Now” on the checkout page, you are agreeing to pay the total amount in full in US Dollars upon checking out. All orders will be charged applicable sales tax.

DRONPADDLE maintains the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. DRONEPADDLE will cooperate with law enforcement investigations into fraudulent activities in adherence with local laws.

Our Limited Manufacturers Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.) 

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This Limited Manufacturers Warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada only. DRONEPADDLE'S liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of any defect and does not include any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage of any kind.

Important note on shipped tables: customers should refuse delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted once an item is signed for and delivery accepted.   

DRONEPADDLE Limited Manufacturer Warranty for the US ONLY. Registration on DRONEPADDLE.COM is required within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. This Limited Manufacturers Warranty is subject to change, and the latest version will be available on our website.  

DRONEPADDLE warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt on original purchase in the United States and Canada. 

This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship. It does not cover damages through due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.) 

If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, DRONEPADDLE will, at their sole discretion: 

• Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or of equivalent value). 
• If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailers return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to DRONEPADDLE customer service.

• DRONEPADDLE’s obligation to replace or exchange the part or product, shall not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product. 
• DRONEPADDLE is not liable for loss of use of the product, or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer. 

• Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product). 
• Fading of graphics. 
• Used in commercial applications or rentals. 
• Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by DRONEPADDLE. 
• Purchasing from a non-authorized DRONEPADDLE dealer or purchasing in used condition. 
• Not being the original purchaser.
